Kinetic Grace Resilience is a 5 session package of private online or in person trauma release exercise with certified TRE provider and resilience coach, Ericka Thomas.
The trauma release process let’s burned out fitness professionals and weekend warrior athletes reconnect and translate their stress response to allow for true recovery and resilience. You learn to literally shake off stress no matter what the source or the story.
Once we establish comfort and safety in the body we can be more present, more creative, more productive in everything we do.
