How does an Online Studio Work?
Inside each course or membership is a library filled with lessons (video, audio or PDF) that you can access 24/7 from wherever you are on your phone or computer. Depending on the product you choose you may have access to Live Stream classes. That means they’re taught in real time through ZOOM. Group classes are recorded so you can see them later in the media library. Private Sessions can be recorded on client request.
What kind of technology do I need?
You’ll need a computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone (w/camera & microphone for private coaching) and you’ll need to set up a free Zoom account in order to participate in live events. As a back up to connection issues , private clients may want to have access to Facetime or Duo in case Zoom fails.
Do I need any special fitness equipment?
There is no required fitness equipment. You just need space on the floor. But there might be some things you may want to invest in to make yourself more comfortable.
Yoga mat or beach towel
Yoga Blocks, stack of books or blankets
Yoga strap or hand towel
Pillows or Bolsters

What is Trauma Release Exercise?
Trauma or Tension Release Exercise was developed by Dr. David Berceli and is a sequence of very simple, modifiable exercises that work from the ground up to open pathways to your own natural tremor mechanism. Self induced tremors release that stored and repressed tension without having to relive the story.

Trauma release yoga takes the breath and mindful movement and integrates the tremor mechanism to multiply the effectiveness of each. Stress, tension and trauma leave an imprint on the body that can take us out of the present and into protection. The fastest way back to presence and safety is through breath, movement and the tremor mechanism to access the nervous system.
